Case Study 1: Overcoming Adversity
One young person came to us with a challenging background: both of his parents struggled with substance misuse, and he witnessed domestic violence in the home. As a result, he was involved in criminal activity and antisocial behavior and had been excluded from mainstream education. Through consistent mentorship and support, we helped him complete his CSCS qualification, which enabled him to earn a construction site work card.
Today, he is employed and working on building sites, having secured a job almost immediately after obtaining his card.
Case Study 2: Turning Things Around
Another young person, who had been involved in criminal activity, passed his CSCS test and now earns a legitimate £130 per day. His story is a testament to the power of support, determination, and second chances.
